Charterers Appointment

In addition to the standard agency appointment, the following services are provided to Charterers when Monson Agencies Australia is nominated as full port agents:

• Liasing with shippers to ensure vessel nominations have been received and accepted
• Provide daily updates of berthing prospects at load port including any potential delays
• Provide e-mailed completion details and documents as soon as possible after completion of operations.
• Provide continual updates on port conditions which may cause delays to vessel whilst loading/discharging
• Ensure all draft documents are compiled and checked (approved) by charterers prior to vessels loading. Upon completion of loading all final documents are e-mailed to charterers for confirmation prior to dispatch
• Communicate with shippers to ensure cargo loaded is within vessel fixture
• Compile documents to Letter of Credit standards and present to bank if required
